We are proud to announce the recipient of the next Rio Award going to Arleen Ainsworth, Vault/Head Teller of the Walnut Grove Branch!!!  Arleen enjoyed a perfect balancing record for all of 2011.  Arleen has been a dedicated employee of the Walnut Grove branch and is know for her quick smile and day to day customer service excellence.

We are proud to announce that Rio Vista Branch Manager Susie De La Rosa is our latest recipient of the  prestigious Rio Award for her excellence in managing our largest headquarter office branch.  Susie was personally nominated by her coworkers who commented that “Susie is a very hardworking, dedicated and a caring manager.  The BEST I could ever ask for.   She is a trooper.”  We want to recognize Susie for her contributions to the smooth operations of the branch and complete dedication to her job.

We are proud to announce that BSA Officer Joanna Rodriguez is hereby granted a “RIO Award” for her excellent achievements and oversight of BRV’s Bank Secrecy Act compliance program.  Joanna demonstrated teamwork by shouldering additional assignments, swiftly cross training from line operations to BSA and Privacy compliance responsibilities, and demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
