Dave Greiner
President and CEO
Mr. Greiner is a native Californian and has spent his entire banking career, which began in 1974, in the greater Bay Area. He is an experienced community banker serving previously as President of three local community banks. He has an agricultural background and has worked with many small businesses over the years.
He is a graduate of Santa Clara University, married with two children and a grandchild. As a community volunteer he has served on many Boards including Rotary, Boy Scouts and the YMCA.
Troy Sanderson
Chief Credit Officer
Bank of Rio Vista proudly announces the addition of Troy J. Sanderson as its new Chief Credit Officer. Sanderson brings an extensive background in commercial banking and lending with several Northern California banking institutions, most recently from United Labor Bank in Oakland, California.
His role at Bank of Rio Vista puts him in charge of credit and lending decisions at the bank. He brings excellent skills and is ready to commit to the community’s credit needs.
Matt Klinker
Chief Financial Officer
Matt Klinker serves as the Bank’s CFO. Klinker has been with Bank of Rio Vista since December 2008 and has been in the banking industry since 1987, working in the Sacramento and Tracy areas before joining the Bank.
A graduate of University of the Pacific and long time central California resident, Klinker finds working for local community banks in small town settings rewarding.
Jamie L Ferguson
Vice President/Operations Administrator
Jamie L Ferguson serves as Vice President/Operations Administrator. She has been with the bank 10 years in Operations, Audit, Human Resources and Training.
Ferguson came to the bank with many years of operations experience with several central valley banks, including F&M Bank in Lodi, CA.
Evelyn Wilson
Corporate Secretary/Executive Administrative Assistant/Human Resource Manager
Evelyn Wilson joined the bank in April of 1965. She has functioned in many areas of the Bank and is currently the Corporate Secretary and Executive Administrative Assistant/Human Resource Manager.
Evelyn’s roots in Rio Vista go back 4 generations and is proud to have raised her family in the community. Her knowledge of banking, friendships with the customers, and history at the Bank make her an invaluable asset to not only the Bank, but the community she serves as well.
Rodney Wiessner
Senior Risk Manager
Rodney Wiessner serves as the Bank’s Senior Risk Officer and brings over 20 years of community banking experience. Wiessner has extensive knowledge in the areas of financial, operational, technological and risk management. He began his career working in public accounting providing auditing and consulting services to community banks.
Rodney is community minded and has served on the board of local organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and the Boys and Girls Club.
