Key things to remember if you lose or suspect your card has been stolen:
Report the loss immediately using the numbers listed above. The longer you wait to report, the higher risk of loss to you.
Report any unauthorized activity on the card that you are aware of.
It will take up to 10 business days for a replacement card to be delivered.
Remember to keep your personal identification number (PIN) strictly confidential and secure, sharing it with no one.
If wish to change your PIN, come into any Bank location.
